Online Yoga Class

This FREE 30 minute Ashtanga Vinyasa sequence is designed to supplement studio classes and provide students with a resource to use at home.

This all-level class offers a strong daily routine, and each posture can be modified according to your practice. Practitioners are encouraged to check in with their teacher regularly and to use online material as a secondary resource.

Please remain in Svasana for around 7 minutes or more after this sequence, to fully absorb the benefits of your practice.
