Join us for the full Primary Series of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, a traditional practice that combines dynamic movement with focused gaze, breath, and energetic locks, bringing concentration to the mind and creating space and freedom in the body. A fiery practice, we generate internal heat to burn through both physical and mental blocks and stretch out beyond our limitations. The sequence will be taught in the classical way; students can expect traditional counting, adjustments and a focus on rhythm and flow.
This class will be suitable for all Ashtanga practitioners or anyone with a regular yoga practice. Modifications will be given, please advise the teacher at the beginning of class if you have any injuries or specific requirements. Everyone is welcome.
